Emergency services were called to the home about 3.45pm after the four-by-two-metre balcony collapsed.

Two men and a woman fell about four metres with the balcony, an Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said.

One of the men, aged in his 60s, suffered a cut to the head and was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

A man in his 40s suffered a knee injury and was taken to the Western Hospital in Footscray.

A woman in her 20s suffered a shoulder injury and was also taken to the Western Hospital.
