One man has died and another is critically injured after a double shooting in Wetherill Park, in Sydney's west.
The shooting took place in the carpark of the Western Sydney Parklands off Cowpasture Road just after 5pm.
One man died at the scene.
A second man was taken to hospital in a critical condition with a chest wound.
There is a heavy police presence at the scene and a number of people have been questioned by officers.
Police have established a crime scene and the area will be examined by forensic and ballistic specialists.
