Two men were filmed trying to stop a car that ploughed through a crowd in the Melbourne CBD.
A male driver could be seen doing burnouts in a maroon car in front of Flinder’s Street train station before two onlookers hit the car with a baseball bat in an effort to stop the driver.

Hundreds of people, including those in stopped cars and trams, could be seen watching on as the men approached the speeding vehicle and struck it with the bat.
The two men then backed off as the driver continued to drive erratically around the intersection.
The car was then driven towards Bourke Street Mall where it ploughed through a crowd, killing three people and injuring at least 20.
Police say the alleged driver of the car has now been arrested.
