A Perth judge has ruled a six-year-old boy gravely ill with cancer will not be forced to undergo further treatment.
The court has ruled in favour of the parents of Oshin Kiszko - Angela Kiszko and Adrian Strachan - who had opposed the recommended treatment for their son's malignant brain tumour due to severe side effects.
The boy will now instead receive palliative care.
