A 96-year war veteran and devoted Taylor Swift fan had his Christmas wish come true after the pop star surprised him for a private concert at his home.
The 27-year-old American singer surprised Cyrus Porter, a WWII veteran, at his Missouri home yesterday after she found out from a local news report that he is a massive fan who had attended two of her concerts.
Mr Porter, who proudly calls himself a "Swifty", was celebrating Christmas with his entire family when Swift showed up to perform, TODAY reports.

When Swift walked through the family’s front door, everyone erupted into cheers before she greeted her elderly fan.
After posing for a number of pictures with the family, Swift picked up a guitar and performed an acoustic version of her hit "Shake it off".
"She puts on a show that no one else puts on," Mr Porter told local news station KFVS.

Mr Porter, who was reportedly diagnosed with cancer this year, said he will still try to see his favourite pop star in concert one more time.
It has become a tradition for Swift to surprise some of her loyal fans during the holidays for what she calls "Swiftmas".
